Strange issue

Strange issue
This started about 2-3 days ago, but when visiting the site all the vendor ads on the left side of the page show up at the top of each page, also in the first post of each topic on the right, and below each post. I hope that makes sense to someone as it is making pages incredibly long. Basically, all the vendor ads show up in all locations where there is normally just a banner ad. I already tried the delete cookies, refresh, etc in both Safari and Firefox, still the same in each browser. If someone needs a screenshot of this let me know via email as I'm deployed to the sandbox and have no image storage setup.

Thanks! Email sent to the address you left in PM. 4 Screen shots for you. No software issues, no updates, installs, add-ons, etc. Just happened one day. As I understand it our internet provider is out of Germany, it's been a royal pain getting english Google too, keeps defaulting right back to .de
