How about adding a "Link" under the "Forums pull down" I don't want to have to keep entering a web link everytime I want to go to the garage.
I've also had difficulty with adding a car to the thing. Once you fill out the information and try to add a picture it either rejects it and says I'm not part of some group or it hangs. When I thought I had finally added an entry I come back and it's gone.
This e-garage has some bugs. The main thing is add the link to your "FORUMS" pull down and then allow us to edit and add pictures. Also a notice of what type of format would help - I can't believe you can not take a standard ".bmp" do you need only "JPG"? If so state this somewhere.

Nice idea, but not many people name their cars, The only time I name mine is when it doesn't run. Uploading pictures seems to be iffy at best. Not ready for prime time.

if it's always there (even just once per visit) ... it will get old and ignored. May not see the next "notice" that comes out due to all the ignoring of that part of the page.

It should be in the menu on the top right (next to log out)

I've tried JPG and it never works for me either...

OK gonna try this one more time:

1. Deleted existing garage entry
2. Clicked to add a vehicle
3. Went through all the steps and filled out required and optional information about vehicle
4. Browsed for photo of car
5. Saved changes
6. Once again everything shows up except the photo. Just a blank white space where the photo should be.

What am I not doing correctly??

Try saving your picture without a space in the filename, and upload it

Some of the other plugins on corvette forum (outside of the garage) throw a hernia with spaces in the file name.

I did the same thing. Deleting does not actually delete everything. Now when I click on garage from the main menu, I get multiple "garages" with the same name. None have pictures. Click on "add picture" and the garage just comes up again.

There are no spaces in the file name of my photo. Any other ideas of what I might be doing wrong?

hmm... I think it might be your username (with a "dash in it") it is messing with one of the other plugins.

We are working with the maker of that plugin manufacturer to attempt to solve it, but I don't have the timing on a fix for it.
The only suggestion I can offer for you in the mean time is for your name to be changed.

As for people having issues "voting" - it should be fixed.
If you can let me know if you still have issues with it, let me know.

As you move your mouse over those stars they will change to a red color, stop over the 3rd star if that's what you want to rate it and click it.

Try doing a "hard refresh" (hold down "ctrl" and hit "F5") on the page, and let me know if you are still having issues.
If you are - let me know what browser you are using.

Thanks!
Adrian

You would think they'd have a box to click if you want to rate a car, then a page to pick how many stars you wanted.

I just went back and tried 3 cars and it still works for me.

OK...I had the "dash" taken out of my user name, went through all the steps again, and the photo still does not show up.

Any other ideas?
