loading slow?

i'm using firefox on a mac and it's still slow. I'm telling you it's because of all the external links to ad sites.

Get AdBlockerPlus addon. That's what I've got - don't see any ads - don't load any ads.
EDIT: As others here have stated, get rid of your Facebook connection if you have one. See other posts in this and other threads here.

If you are running Firefox and watch the status bar on the bottom of the screen during the 'slowness' you will see all the sites it's waiting for.
