Is there a pre-written script for an RSS feed to CF that I can use on my website (www.jacnsue.com)?

vBulletin does support RSS and can be viewed per forum id

How does one determine the forum id...for example what is the id for C5 Z06 Discussion?

The forum id for that forum is 49

When you hover your mouse over the forum link while viewing the index forum, the id will be at the end of the URL.
