I'm still not sure I understand what you are describing as sometimes works and sometimes doesn't? Such as what is generating the "no discussions" message you posted? What action are you doing to generate that error, and what exactly is sometimes working and sometimes not working?
I've been on the forums off and on and I have not seen any issue and it doesn't appear there have been any reported, as of yet.
Re-reading your original post, I would suggest you clear your browser's cache, restart your browser, or even go as far as restarting your computer. Then check back?
