In looking over your test post:http://forums.corvetteforum.com/test...-pic-test.html as well as your PB account, it appears that is the size you uploaded or saved the pictures as, so it's not a CorvetteForum issue.
I'm guessing you saved the photos in that smaller size before you uploaded them to PB, as you should have been able to upload larger pictures to PB before running into quota issues.

Are the pictures on your computer in larger format, or are they the same size as you posted? If they are the same size, you don't want to "enlarge" them, digitally, as they will look bad. You need to start with an originally large picture and then downsize.
