I asume that any photo is considered an attachment. My posting rules says that I may not post an attachment. What do I need to do to post?

Attachment feature is restricted to Premium Membership:

However, you can still post pictures inside a post. Simply have the picture hosted elsewhere (Photobucket is a popular alternative) and then use the [img][/img] tag around the URL/Address of the picture to hotlink it inside a post.
