The specific theme that you mention, "Mobile Theme", does not load because of your browser's user agent is not indicating it's a mobile device. If you change your browser's user agent to a mobile device, via a plugin, it will then load.

If I were to setup your account to use it, as you requested, then you'd pretty much be locked out.

Yes, I fixed account account by applying the full-size Forum Skin back to your account.

I see what you did. In your UserCP section, Under Edit Options, you did select the Forum Skin as Mobile Theme. This probably locked you out in IE on your desktop as that skin won't work with a non-mobile browser agent.

Here's a brief explanation. There are two places that you can change your Forum Skin. Both have different outcomes.

When you change the Forum Skin in your UserCP section, the settings are set in your account. So any device you use to access the site will have that Forum Skin applied to. The exception to this is if you're access via a direct URL with a Forum Skin append to it. In that latter case, the Forum Skin ID that is appended to the URL will override whatever Forum Skin theme in your UserCP for that device.

When you change the Forum Skin via the drop-down menu located in the lower left hand corner, the change is applied only to the device you're currently using when you made the selection.

So, basically, changes made in the UserCP are recorded in your account and apply to all devices, while changes made in the lower left drop-down menu is basically cookie-based and only applied to the device you're currently using.

My advise is this. Go back to your UserCP section, under Edit Options, and select the full-size version Forum Skin that you would use on the desktop (ie: C3, C4, etc.). So whenever you visit the site, unless you're using a mobile device, you should always get that Forum Skin.

When you visit the site with your mobile device, the software should detect it's a mobile device and allow you to view the mobile theme for just that device.
