Changing a thread to a sticky?

Changing a thread to a sticky?
I had a couple requests to change a C3 Tech ignition thread of mine into a sticky. What's the process to get something like this moved?

You can PM any of the C3 moderators, which are:
crossram, H P Bushrod, pewter99, Tact, Allthrottleandsomebottle
Additionally, you can use the Report post feature by click on the
icon of your post that you wish to discuss, and then provide brief notes. That feature is generally used for Reporting inappropriate content, but I don't believe Moderators have an issue with using the feature that way as it can be more efficient.
