how to make changes on a thread title

If you created the thread within 5 minutes, you can edit the thread title as seen in the forum list view by going to Edit and then Go Advanced. If the thread you created is outside of 5 minute time limit, you can edit the thread title but it will only apply to when viewing the thread itself and not the title shown in the forum view.
If it was outside of 5 minutes, you can contact a Moderator and I'm sure they'll update it for you. Or post your request here and I'll assist.

Look at the bottom of the 1st title page in the forum you're talking about. Either send your request to one of those moderators, or use the little red report a post icon in the first post in the thread and specify what you want the title to be.
