Can't upload pics again

Can't upload pics again
Hi,
I've had this problem before, when I try to upload a pic to my album I get
""/usr/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 150x97 -quality 70 -geometry 150x97 -unsharp 10 '/home/sites/forums_cf/web/photopost/direct_data/1001/thumbs/Seats_027a.JPG'"
or it appears to upload but then it doesn't bring me to the correct page to continue the upload process?

I think that I found the problem. It won't allow me to upload to "C2 convertibles" but will let me up load to "C2 in scenic settings" .
I had forgotten, but I've had this same problem before.
