new pop ups

Benn getting a few different pop ups on the bottom of my screen today, only in this forum. Mostly in PRC

I clicked on properties on one and this is what I got. Like I have said before, I’m miles away from being a geek, barely passed push on the start button

Edited just got this at the bottom of the page. Its about a 2'' high popup

Can you also provide a screen capture? Is this occurring on the full desktop theme or a mobile theme?

Full desktop. Mostly PRC. A screen capture is most likely above my limited ability. I use IE on roadrunner.
