Hello Forum,
It looks as I may have been charged twice for my yearly subscription...any help or insight would be great!

You may have two memberships running on your account. Send me a PM with the email linked to your paypal so I can get a refund for you.

I have a re-occurring (sp?) payment account each year. You received my $25 on Dec 15, 2017 thru Paypal. You also received $25 on Jan 6, 2018. Help. Have a great day, Bill

I am a lifetime member (even though it doesn't show that) and I just got notification that the payment failed in paypal because the credit card was expired. I should not be paying anything as I paid to be a lifetime member.

EDIT: You may be able to fix this yourself by logging into PayPal and going under Subscriptions and removing the subscription there.

I will ask someone from Internet Brands' accounting to get in contact with you. This often happens when someone upgrades to Lifetime as the lower subscription remains on the account with some time left over and it then tries to auto renew because the member has it setup in PayPal as reoccurring subscription. I'm not sure I understand what happened with your account but we'll have it checked out.

I would like to remove my CC from automatic payments. I want to go back to free membership. I cannot find a way to do this on your website. Help please.

If you paid via PayPal, you log into your PayPal account and under Subscriptions you will find CorvetteForum to cancel the automatic renewal. The automatic renewal is handled by PayPal - assuming you used PayPal.

Hi. On 7/15 I upgraded to Supporting Member. I haven't received my stickers yet. I didn't know if there was a wait time or backlog. I did pay through Paypal but I assumed that meant you would have my address. Thanks for your help,

It generally takes 4-6 weeks to receive membership items, but you should have received a separate address form at the time of your upgrade. I'll shoot you a PM right now to help sort it all out.

I just got charged another $50.00 (2nd time this has happened, I believe). However, I have a "Lifetime Supporting Gold Membership) that doesn't expire until 2038.

Please advise.
