No confirmation email
Email notifications are globally working. Each email provider is different. Some email providers reject or delay emails that they believe is "spam". We have no control over how, or if, email providers deliver the emails we send out to their customers. Your email provider, AOL, is known to reject or delay our emails instead of simply delivering the emails to the Junk/Bulk/Spam folder as those folders were intended for.
In other words, some email providers take it upon themselves to filter your email for you and without your knowledge. We have no control over that. If you don't like the fact that you may not be getting emails because their policy is filtering the emails for you without your knowledge, you will need to complain to your provider as you are their customer.
