Payment was made Feb 25th. I can't find the email asking for that to be filled out but I seem to recall doing it shortly after making payments.

I passed on your information on the 28th of April, which was the day you posted your inquiry.

Have you checked your email? Spam/Junk/Bulk folder? I would have assumed the coordinator would have contacted you through email. I will check again.
