Recently, maybe 2-3 weeks. Scrolling through mouse pad on google chrome rarely works in this forum anymore. I have to click the scroll bar or use arrows. What gives? only this website.

Chrome works normally for me. As much is Chrome is used, I'd suspect if it were a widely shared issue, it would have been complained about loudly.

You should start with the first few basic steps for troubleshooting browser issues (clear cache, disable add-ons, etc.).

Scrolling is a function of the browser, not the website.
