I'm assuming you're making a request to have your username changed or asking how it is done.
First, there's a sticky in this section covering it:

We ask all members take the time to read all Stickies and Announcements as they contain important information.
Cliff notes for screen name change:
- Only Administrator can change a username
- Member must supply a username that is not taken.
- CorvetteForum has been only for over 15 years. So common usernames are likely to be in use.
- Usernames that are taken but viewed as inactive are generally not transferred to another member.
