How do infraction work here?
#2
Well to be clear on how it works, any violation of CorvetteForum's simple rules, which can be found at the following link, can result in an infraction that varies in points and varies in how long those points stay on the account.

The limit is 50 to equal a permanent ban but that doesn't mean you can violate the rules 40 more times (you currently have 10 - not 15) because each violation differs in points and each violation differs in how long it remains active on the account. Spamming, returning under alternative usernames to get around the ban, are instant 50 points which is a permanent ban.
Since each violation differs in how long the points remain on the account, any time that a temporary ban is served does not mean points return back to 0 to repeat.
Violate rules on a frequent basis in a short time will be one of the quickest ways to the limit.
None of this should be a concern if a member simply follows the simple rules outlined in the referenced link above.
