The title as displayed in the index forum does not change after a certain amount of time has passed. This has been the case for many years.
If the title as displayed in the index forum needs changed too, then contact the Moderator of that section or reply with the request.

The timelimit is 5 minutes from thread posting. After 5 minutes, the title will only change when viewing the thread itself - not the title as seen in the index.
It might have been lowered, but there has long been (past several years) a timelimit on that option.
