I did not take that picture upside down, nor does the picture appear upside down when viewed on my Mac.
According to the EXIF data you did take the picture upside down. The EXIF Orientation shows 180 rotated or "bottom right".
Reason why it shows OK on your Mac (and iPhone) is because the software views the EXIF data and makes the changes necessary to view properly. It does not, however, save the orientation adjustment to the file unless you edit the picture correcting the orientation.
