So what's with the "Quick Reply" deal at the bottom of the CF sub-forum pages? I went to open a thread and I got a pop-up that darkened the page and pointed to the new button at the bottom. Only seen it one time so far. Didn't we already have a "Quick Reply" box??
Seems to be a worthless addition. Did some IB tech guy not have anything to do today???

The new Quick Reply pop-up box is part of a feature we just rolled out called Infinite Scroll, which makes it easier to keep reading threads by automatically loading the next page for you. You can learn more about the feature in this thread.
The old reply methods work just like before. The new pop-up box is an extra option should you wish to reply without first scrolling to the end of the thread.

Yes, you can switch back to the old setup by going to your User CP's Edit Options page and disabling the “Infinite Scroll” and “Related Threads" options.
