Default Consolidate Vendors

I don't need help on anything but just wanted to throw out a suggestion to the admins/mods. Could we consolidate the vendors sales threads to just the vendor section? It's super obnoxious to click in the Forced Induction section and the first 8 threads being old bumped sales threads. Same goes for the regular for sale section. Vendors go through and bump 5 different for sale post the are years old. I can't possibly be the only one who finds this super annoying. It really makes the vendor section obsolete.

Although CorvetteForum is free to access and use by members, it is not free to operate. A site as large and active as CorvetteForum requires more than a personal 9.99/month web hosting plan typically advertised. To help pay those bills, and also help the company as it has been owned by a for-profit business for ~10 years, advertisements are used as well as vendors pay to advertise their products and services to CorvetteForum members.

Restricting vendors to only vendor sections would be similar to advertisements on radio, tv, or your free streaming service, be confined to a specific block where viewers/readers could simply dismiss and/or not see. There's currently not enough exposure in the vendor sections to justify moving all paying vendors to a confined space. Again, it's advertisements and vendors, as well as generous members who pay to show their support for CorvetteForum, that help pay to keep CorvetteForum free to access despite it is not free to operate.

CorvetteForum does place limits on vendor posts. I believe the limit is no more than one thread on the first page of a two-day directory. If you find a vendor that you believe is violating that policy, please use the Report Post button or send a PM to one of the Moderators so that they can review.
