Image problems

Image problems
Good morning,
I am unable most images anymore, including the ones in the "Notices" bar on this screen. When I go to my album, the images seem to be there (the file is listed) but there is only a broken image icon. I had no problems 1 week ago, and have made no changes to my browser. However, I've checked the site with two other browers (Firefox and Edge) and have the same problem. I tried to post image here so you could see, but even that won't work.
My setup is:
Windows 10 Home, Version 1803, OS build 17134.112, last updated 5/28/2018
Google Chrome, Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Any help would be appreciated.
