Default Picture Posting Disabled???

Yesterday I was posting a new Parts for Sale thread in the C-3 section and it no longer shows the information line shown above.

I have been told this would have been the "editing icons" by others that know much more about this than I do.

B I U S A " etc. does not show up when I try to post a new for sale thread.
Has something changed I should know about?
Appreciate your help.

This is the screen I see when I try to post to the C-3 parts for sale thread now. Anyone else seeing this when they try to post?

It's going to be a browser issue. Clear your browser's cache. If CorvetteForum is marked as a favorite you need to make sure it clears. If not that, you may have a 3rd party extension or program that is blocking the script.

If that is true then why doesn't it happen for all of the sites, not just the C-3 parts for sale site which is happening. Why would only one site be affected? I am sorry I am not more familiar with the inner workings of this but the explanation doesn't make sense with what I am seeing. I did clear the cache though but nothing changed.

Here is the C-3 For Sale thread, as an example, and it opens just fine. The C-3 Parts for Sale thread does not.

I cleared my computer history; cleared my cache; rebooted my computer; opened the site and tried to post a new posting and got the same screen as before. I am glad to try something else if you have suggestions.
Thank you and best regards,
David Howard

I think I will need to speak with someone live about this situation.

I went to my wife's computer and the same issue takes place from her computer.

I went to my laptop computer, running a completely different web access and the same problem happens from the laptop.

I really don't think this is at my end and I would like to find out what is taking place here.

If you could redirect me to someone in management I would be glad to speak with them about this situation.

Thank you.

We are looking into the issue. When there is a technical issue, such as this, posting here and my assistance is the normal procedure.

Thanks.

The issue was due to a bug with the editor and certain special characters. The editor auto-saves drafts, forum-specific, so that you don't lose what you've typed if a connection or other issue occurs. You had a draft in the C3 section that had a special character that broke the editor for future posts under your account in that section. That is why only your account had the issue and why only a specific section. That draft was removed from your account and a fix is being applied so it doesn't happen again.

Thanks.
