Requesting Change to User Name
Back in 2012 I had registered on both Corvette Forum and Smokin Vette as 1994MLC. I was hanging out on SV and have a little over 200 posts. I reactivated on CF because there is No Activity on SV....None. At some point in time I changed my User Name to MarkyMark and is sort of my trade mark. Comming back to CF, I discovered that markymark (all lower case) is registered. However, I noticed that this user had registered....made two post.....and has been dormant for thirteen years. Is there any way to claim a User Name on a dormant account? Requesting User Name change to MarkyMark. If the answer is no.....can it be as simple as MarkyMark. (with a period at the end?)

Even though the account may not have been used for years, we do not delete the account or give the account to another. Having helped for several years across several sites, it's not uncommon for a member to return for various reasons and want their original account. Additionally, this member has stored PMs besides just a few posts.
