You next need to take care of the current subscriptions.
Go to UserCP, View all Subscribed Threads, and manually change the options for that thread. There is a mass-select feature using the checkbox column to the right and selecting the appropriate action in the bottom right corner.

Your account has Automatic Thread Subscription Mode enabled with Instant Email Notification. So you'll need to start with that by going to UserCP, Edit Options and change the Default Thread Subscription Mode setting.

I have removed all of your subscriptions.
In the future, I suggest to take some time to browse the site to become familiar with where things are located and what options are available. As our site uses one of the most popular message-based (commercial) software, taking some time to learn the layout and functions will apply to the thousands of other sites using the same software.
