Add Photo

Hello Guys hope your all doing well.
Can someone please give me the instructions on how to add a photo that would appear under our username when we post?
Right now only my username appears each time I post something but see many other members have photos also displayed.
Hope what I'm asking makes sense.

You can edit your avatar in the User CP....there is a link to the user CP in the red bar upper left.
