I am a new member and have posted several ads. Am I allowed to put my contact information - phone number and/or email in my post? Also please explain what ttt or bump mean .

Look around the Home page for Posting rules. There’s specific rules for selling. I always forget you must post a price; can’t just say ‘make offer’.
ttt = bump. Just a way of refreshing your post to appear higher in the que (closer to top of the list)
