Hi Folks.. I keep checking and then log out Log in, reset subscriptions.. And I no longer get email Notifications.. All setting set for Subscribed and update ASAP. Thanks any ideas?

Email notifications are working correctly on a global level. The problem you're having is your email provider is not accepting emails from CorvetteForum's email servers. CorvetteForum has very little control over if, or when, an email provider delivers emails to their customers that CorvetteForum sends. This is especially true given CorvetteForum is not the customer using the email provider - you are.

You might need to contact your email provider and inform them they are not delivering emails you are expecting. Or consider using an alternative email provider. Gmail, for example, is very good at delivering CorvetteForum emails while also giving control to their users. Some providers are known to block/filter emails without their customer knowing. Your email provider is throwing a error that would appear to me to be a technical issue on their end and not specifically blocking/filtering email.

Thank you.. I have never had this issue before with any forums.. I was getting emails before from here.. I was removed from my own thread.. after I was put back in.. I never got emails again.. Any idea why that would change? You can see a error? I have checked my emails for spam and unknown boxes ect.. I will email my server account.. I have had them since the 90s.. Have no wanting to change email address as all my accounts are on there friends, family ebay ect...

Regardless, it's not related to the email server issue your email provider is having that is not accepting emails from CorvetteForum. As I said CorvetteForum has tried to deliver your email notifications but your email provider is not accepting them due to an error. There has been over 30 emails attempted to be sent just for you, over the last 1-2 weeks, but bounce back because your email provider returns a generic error. There is very little CorvetteForum can do since CorvetteForum is not a customer of the email provider you're using and the email issue does not appear to be on CorvetteForum's side as other email providers are accepting and delivering email notifications.

Can you send me there emails.. SO I can try and send them the copies.... Not having much luck with my email company.. Thanks again... Really weird..

ps changed my email address also... same earthink account... they give me 3 to chose from.. lets see if it works..

Hotmail is known to have issues with email deliveries, too, so keep that in mind. Your previous provider Earthlink is using Vade Secure and that appears to be where the issue is as it returns a generic "i/o" error and nothing more. CorvetteForum's email servers are not having that issue with other providers.
