Is it possible to block a user, if so what exactly becomes blocked.

UserCP - Edit Ignore List

Blocks the user's posts (unless quoted) and ignores any PMs received.

We encourage members to take some time to browse around, read the Announcements and Stickies, as well as browse the UserCP and FAQ as it contains important and frequently asked information.
