Error 1005 - Access Denied

UPDATE: Fooled around with settings on my laptop for connecting - had to reset all connection settings to default and appears to have resolved issue. So, in the words of Roseann Roseannadanna, "Never mind."

I am posting from my phone because I cannot access CorvetteForum.com from my laptop/desktop. I am getting the Error 1005 - Access Denied message. It says "The owner of this website (corvetteforum.com) has banned the autonomous system number (ASN) your IP address is in (14618) from accessing this website."

Okay . . . I've never run into this one before. What do I have to do to get access back?
