Getting stuck at a certain post
So I am trying to get to a page 3 and can’t get the latest posts. I’ve refreshed, relaunched my browser but it’s stuck. Second time it has happened on a week. If I click go to newest post, it just takes me to the last post I read.

I think you mean in this thread. Almost every thread in the help forum gets answered.
Regarding your concern, it is a known bug. It's a long-term bug that has been difficult for the team to isolate and resolve. Partly because, as you may find out, the conditions change so that the bug disappears. As soon as someone(s) reply to the thread, the issue disappears.
The conditions are also variable, as it depends on the amount of posts per page you have set in your account. Because of this, not all members see the issue. Additionally, with the introduction of infinite scroll, those using that feature will not see the bug.
At this time, there is not much help we can provide besides workarounds. Such as changing your posts per page setting in your UserCP or change to infinite scroll.
