Delete posts?
Hello
Am I remembering wrong or did you used to be able to delete posts? It appears that you can’t anymore. Why would this be changed?

Posts cannot be deleted and we normally don't delete content unless there is a PII concern.

There may have been scenarios where this occurred but it should not have.

I swear up until a few months ago you used to be able to. Why that feature was removed is beyond me.

I know the thread is old, but I certainly used to be able to delete old posts. I was great to delete the TTT ones to make the tread shorter.

Doesn’t make sense when you can edit them to say whatever you want. If I want something gone I change a post to say “Deleted.” Seems like it just takes up unnecessary space.

Deleting Post
I have a situation where my car was stolen and then recovered. I included the VIN in the heading. the car was since recovered but when you run the VIN in google it shows a stolen car which it is not anymore. the reference is Corvette Forum. I would like my post deleted and you're saying this is not possible?

I agree, I used to delete posts all of the time. I deleted TTT posts and sometimes deleted posts that were no longer relevant.
