Sunday Feb 17, 2013 my husband Mike Curran, died of a massive heart attack. Many of you here knew him as z11409. We had several Corvettes but were probably best known for the ones that we used on the road tracks...mostly Spring Mtn & Willow Springs. His favorite was the Black 2001 Z06 and then later the Silver 2006 Z06.

His favorite black z06 turned into my FIRST z06, and the car that got me hooked.

Janet - we were so shocked to hear this news through Kailo's list today. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
I'll never forget Mike taking me around the track in your new C6 Z06. He drove the heck out of that car, but was oh so laid back about it all. A "chill" guy with a warm heart and great sense of humor. Knowing that "Mike & Janet" would be at an event meant there would be smiles, laughter, friendship and whatever Corvette help we needed. He will be missed by many.
