Neil, kneel8250, passed away this morning after a 3 month battle with cancer. He was the love of my life and I don’t know how I will manage without his humor, without his companionship, without his love and support. Until we meet again, my love.
Condolences, Wendy, on the passing of your beloved Neil.
It is challenging to face the loss of your partner with whom you have shared so many things, but hopefully your remembrances of those memories will help see you through the days ahead. And, perhaps these remembrances will let you “put him in the right seat” whenever you are driving one of your Corvettes.
RIP, Neil!
Wendy - I am so very sorry to hear of his sudden passing. I just now saw in PRC where you had mentioned it. I always appreciated Neil's obvious intelligence, knowledge, and wit. Take care -

Thank you. I don’t know what I’m going to do without him. He was my everything. We did everything together. I loved to make him laugh and he loved teasing me.
I’m going to move back to the US. There are too many memories here and not enough friends and family.
Cathy and I are so sorry to hear of Neil's passing. I always enjoyed talking with him, he always had something interesting to say. The Corvette world is a better place because of what Neil brought to it. We always looked forward to you and Neil's visit to the 'tree', when you were in the states. A void in our lives now exists.
Neil, you will never be forgotten.
From: I tend to be leery of any guy who doesn't own a chainsaw or a handgun.
Tink, I just saw this. I am so sorry to hear of Neil's passing. I always enjoyed you two's contributions to this forum. You are in my prayers for God's strength and comfort.

thanks Tom. It’s still hard to understand. He was perfectly healthy in March and even passed a heart stress test so well that he was down in the 40 yr old group. By May 15 he had lung and brain cancer.
I want to do a memorial for him when I’m in Houston next.

He was very quiet so when he said something you knew it was important to him.
My deepest condolences for your loss. I didn't know Neil, but from what I've read here, he was an incredible person and an asset to our community. Definitely have the memorial in his honor. He would love that. And you have such a huge group here for support that I know you if we're to reach outbfor anything, the response would be overwhelming. I'll be praying for you you Cathy.
Oh dammit Wendy, so sorry to hear of this, and im so sorry to not have seen this before. Neil was a cool dude. 😎
Please let me know if you need anything.
