I’m so saddened to tell you that my wonderful husband of nearly 25 years passed away on November 14 after a year battle with pancreatic cancer.
I wanted to thank you for all the years of advice, friendship and yes, on Friday through Friday funnies! That was always the highlight of his week!
His 1963 Corvette stingray was the second love of his life. He had so many bucket list items that revolved around getting the ‘63 up to his standards before his passing. This required a lot of support and advice, especially during the last few months of his life.
Bev, I also lost my husband in August. I know how hard this is so if you need to talk please do so.
Neil was diagnosed with a melanoma in his brain…..lung cancer had metastasized to his brain. We were in France at the time on a trip to fulfill one of his bucket list items. He wanted desperately to see an F1 race at Monaco. We didn’t make it. We were just a couple days into the trip when he started having problems and we took him to the ER in Nice. That was on May 15. He passed away just shy of 3 months later after surgery and immunotherapy.
