I wanted to let you know that my dad and the owner of the account, CJ, passed away last month. You can see his obituary here: CJ Rousse
He read the forums often on the couch in the living room and kept me posted on particularly juicy developments. His comments alternated between praise for people who knew their stuff and profanity-laced complaints about people who didn't. He loved Corvettes and had many over the years including a classic '60, a heavily customized '68, '95 ZR1, and 2020. After going to Cruisin' the Coast in Mississippi a couple of times, he liked it so much and ended up building a house. When he was healthy he was an incredible mechanic, and he still managed to climb under dashboards and oil pans after back surgery. We worked on a lot of his cars together (he owned dozens of cars over the decades) and I ended up buying a beat up C4 of my own to share his passion while I was away from the house. He was on the lookout for deals right up to the end and he asked me if I wanted to go buy a 1940 Ford a week or two before he passed.
