Hi everyone......My name is Doug and I am new here obviously and am wanting to buy an 01' or newer C5 as soon as I can sell my 69' Camaro SS. I work in the the automotive aftermarket as a sales and marketing rep and have grown tired of my old car and the technology of the era and a C5 fits better for my age and lifestyle now. Plus having an example of semi current performance in the garage certainly can't hurt on the business side as well as a tool to learn from at the very least. I look forward to learning more from the site and members.

Thanks for the welcome everyone and I have been looking on the For Sale section. I just need to get my 69SS sold and then I can get serious about a purchase.
I have in mind a white coupe, 6 speed, 01' or newer, but the reality is that I am going to keep an open mind in case a deal appears.
