When I was in Vietnam I promised myself that if I got home alive & with both legs, the first thing I was going to do was buy a brand new Vette. Well, one thing lead to another and it took me 40 years to finally get a 30 year old trashed-out '77 Coupe.
Fourteen months later & a lot of blood, sweat and tears, its now a daily driver. Its the only car I ever wanted to own & I guess the Boss upstairs knew when I was supposed to finally get my Corvette. Since the total and complete rebuild (not restore) I wouldn't sell it or trade it for anything I can think of.
