Hello, new guy from the U.K. here
Hello, joined yesterday having spent the last few weeks checking out all of the cool vette's on this forum. Have already posted a few threads as having a few problems with my indicators. I have a 2001 C5 coupe in torch red( 15,000 miles ).Purchased it 2 years ago after seeing it at our summer nationals event ( owned a Pontiac firebird at that point).We try to get to as many shows as we can where we meet up with friends who have a C5 themselves.Weather has been really bad this year with virtually continual rain for as long as I can remember.We live right in the centre of England, about as far from the coast as you can be (120 miles).We are only about 1 mile from the Jaguar Browns Lane plant (which is now closed down), Coventry was the centre of the British motor industry,and home to literally dozens of motor manufacturers over the years (sadly all gone now). My wife and I love your vast country and try to get over around November time each year (heading for the moultrie swap meet). We then tour around the southern states (stopping at every car lot we pass).
