vette lover, c5
Hi I'm a Tx Corvette lover.
I'm not new to cars. I used to be a valet in Dallas at a swankie hotel. I'd say I've driven everything made pre-2005 (including a 30 ft. joy ride in a McLaren f1 from one parking spot to another, hehe good times) and I can safely say there is only one for me. Some are flashier, heck maybe even more performance (debatable). But I know the only true American Sports Car is the vette.
I'm a C5 lover and with any luck I'll be buying a C4 Commerative Lemans Edition Z06 Z16 Christmas 2008. I will be studying and watching and listening, so logically I need this site.

Right on. Wow that's a ton of replies in just a day.
I went nuts reading the specs. Class AAA stuff for organizing and content. I've been looking for THE vette since 2000 and the first c5 convertible I drove.
Anyone wait longer than 8 yrs for their vette?
