Pulled the trigger Sunday!
Well, wife and I went to our local Chevy dealer yesterday and ordered our new Vett. We did a lot of looking around, new - used - abused. I did quite a bit of research online including lurking on this forum as a guest. Ordered a 08 coupe, manual, 3LT, Z51, black with two tone black/titanium seats, NPP exhaust and dual roofs. Whew! Only standard item was the wheels as I figure I'll get some after markets just to be "different". Let's just say we are quite excited. The order goes in today so I have no idea how long this will take although anything over 1 day will be painful - LOL. This will be the wife's DD and my weekend play toy. (Look out Fomosa Drag strip). Her current DD is an 06 Stang GT. which she insists we keep as a 2nd car (along with the 3 others???) I guess I could be forced to use it for work when I don't need the F150. Sorry for the long post. I'm looking forward to the new experiance and this forum. I depend on forums for my other toys like the Harley, Stang, old bikes etc.
