I found this forum while researching part numbers, value, etc. for my
58. I'm getting close to retirement & trying to decide whether to sell it or keep it. The down side is that it needs finished the plus side is that it's a hoot to drive. Decisions, decisions. Stay tuned.
The site has been helpful, as well as entertaining, thanks.
And the numbers match.
Ahhhhh, to sell or not to sell, that is the question. That's also my complete knowledge of Shakesphere. I'd be a bad one to give advice on this one, I just bought my first Vette at 51 years young yesterday. Welcome to the forum. So what will you do after retireing without a Vette?
Sitting on a beach sounds good. I bought it as my 50th birthday present to me, shall we say more than a few years ago. It needed the transmission rebuilt & by the time I was done I had most of the drive line cleaned painted & rebuilt, so be careful it's contagious.
It makes me tried just thinking about it these days.
Welcome to the Forum, keep it for something to do now that your retired. I have been retired for five years and enjoy my vette, love those evening drives.
