After 15 years of waiting in Oct I finally got my first Corvette, a 2002. It's been worth the wait to be sure. One of the first times I drove it the driver of a Vette going in the opposite direction waved at me. I thought, I don't know that guy. Day or so later the driver of a different Vette (there seem to be a lot of them in Augusta, GA) waved at me. Then the light went on. It's nice to part of the family.
