Been looking a long time
Have been looking for a C2 Corvette for years. Was hoping on buying one next year south of the 49th when a 66 convertible showed up locally last week. Previous owner had owned it for 25+ years. Original 300hp engine with 15k on the rebuild. Nassau blue with blue leather interior (now black), side exhaust, AM-FM radio, teak wheel. Hadn't turned a wheel since 2003. Fortunately the better half agreed......... mind you she left for Mexico today
. Really happy to have been able to buy it. Any Corvette experts out there who wouldn't mind passing along some wisdon, please PM me. Need to replace the bearings in a wonky steering column..... and fix a bunch of other minor items. I'd post some pictures but have no clue how.
