Hey everyone

Welcome to the forum
There was a promotion going on on MTV that contained a sweepstakes for people to enter to win the vehicle inspired by the Mach 5. To me, it looks like some souped up Corvette that looks similar to the Mach 5. It's valued at $100,000.
You sent in your cell phone number and the next day they text you question. It is something random, I believe, pertaining to Speed Racer. Mine was easy: "What was the symbol on Speed Racer's helmet?" Exactly, easy. So, I sent in 'the letter M' and got it correct. A few days later they called back everyone who got the question right. Well, it was a random pool of 10 people that got the question right in the entire country. I'm one of the ones that was picked. She basically let me know I won, laughed as I screamed and laughed my *** off, and gave me the details.
Long story short, I got the L.A. tickets to try to win the Mach 5.
The trip and everything that it comes with is valued at $4,000. Yea, I got a ton of stuff:
V.I.P. access to the after party, world premier of Speed Racer at the NOKIA Theater, room service at the hotel, round trip tickets, transportation while in L.A., and a few more things. Yea, it's crazy..
So that's basically it heh.

If it's a C2 body on a C5 chassis with an LS1, then it isn't a "2008 Corvette". It's some year C5 (1997-2004). Can you post some pics so we can see it?
Anyway have fun with your unique car and best of luck with your studies at college.
I have a crap load of pics in the thread I'm selling it in in the C5 section. You can go there to view some.
Thanks though. Appreciate it. : )
