Hello Covette Forum,
I am a new member and new Corvette owner in North Florida. DH is a new member too - ViperFlyer. He just deployed so you will be stuck with me for a while.
DH and I just purchased a 2001 Z06 and I am in love with this car! It only had 10,000 miles when we got it - it will be DH's daily driver and our fun car. There are no mods to the car except a short shifter (which is awesome). We are going to keep it stock for a while and just enjoy it as is.
We have been looking and wanting one for a while and we couldn't pass this one up! So anyone between Destin and Pensacola watch for the Wave from the girl in the black Vette.

Congratulations on your new purchase. I know how exciting it can be. I bought my '08 Z06 last August (it's black too) and absolutely love it. My friend just returned last week from Destin after visiting her son and daughter in law. I will have to let them know to keep their eyes opened for you when a black vette goes by.
