Will be picking up a 1988. Looking forward to that, as well as looking forward to enjoying it. Low miles (75,000) I will be the third owner. All original, except the upgraded stereo. The only option not on this car,is the clear targa top. The log in name may be my vanity plate. The prescription for fun is my bride, my ride, and the pacific northwest. I will thank you all in advance, for your collective help. We all know I'll be asking for it.
Welcome to the Forum!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations on your C4!! Enjoy the car and the Forums.
Where in the Pac Northwest are you? Be sure to check out the Pacific Northwest Regional Forum for local events, happenings, cruises, shows and just local talk:

The Seattle group is probably the most active but Portland and Salem have some active folks too.
FYI, we have a fabulous Vette guru mechanic/tuner, Tom Wong, Wong's Performance Engineering, 9305 NE Highway 99, Vancouver, WA 98665-8979, (360) 695-9433. He's on the Forum as TJWong. He just sold his prized C4 last month. If you need anything mechanically modded, he's the guy to see.
Rx4fun either already in use, or disallowed by the DMV. Have others in mind. I will post the new one, when it gets issued.Have to r and r the head light motor on the rt side. Thinking I might want to use blue painters tape to keep the h/l bucket from pivoting. Should that be a concern? Had the children (and the grand ones) over.Son had burned me a cd. Told him to put it in the new cd player in the garage. It was the first they learned of my new toy. Can't say they were as excited as I still am, but they thought it was pretty cool. Or schizzel or what ever kids are using in lieu of cool these days.
