Default Side pipes?

Hi, I am not an owner of a Corvette but I thought Corvette owners might be able to help me in locating sidepipes for a 88 Jaguar XJS HE V12. I have been looking for months and have found nothing but many sites keep coming up with sidepipes for Corvettes so I thought I would ask you. Please don't be offended that I have joined your forum owning a Jaguar instead of a Corvette. Thank you , Donna

Hi, thank you for taking the time to respond to my post, very nice car you have too. I have never been in a Corvette but I bet there isn't much room in the cabin or cockpit if you like, than there is in my Jaguar XJS. I am only five foot three and a half inches tall and 130 pounds and I can lean forward and touch my head on the windshield which is why I am putting a 5 point three inch wide racing belt in SOON.
It has been frustrating looking for sidepipes. There is very little room to maneuover in and around the engine bay or under the car itself. So I will keep hunting. Thanks Donna

Thank you for the welcome, I wasn't sure if I would be welcome. Corvettes and Jaguars each are beautiful in their own right and have in common large engines in proportion to car size and have loyal followings.
I really like all the pictures I have seen of sidepipes on Corvettes, they look really nice and sound great. Now the trick is finding something to fit on my Jag and have it sound nice on a V12. Donna

Hi, see what I mean? Imagine my search? It is like my car is from another planet trying to find a side exit exhaust system that will work with 6 cylinders coming out each side. thank you for taking the time to post a message back to me. Lovely car you have. Donna

Nope, never seen a Jag with sidepipes except Group 44 racing Jaguar, looks real nice, so mine will be the first seen in person, the Group 44 racing Jag I seen in a photo a couple of days ago while I was researching pipes for mine, been looking for quite awhile. Donna
