My name is Bill and I bought an 08 C6 on Saturday in the Redlands, CA and drove it back home to Danville, CA. This is my 4th vette. I had an 81, 84 and 85 as I worked for GM at that time in the engine group. Once marriage and the kids came, the vette was sold. Now both kids are out of school or in college and it is fun driving time again.
Does anyone know if there are kits to help raise the front end for inclined driveways? Mine scrapes some on the way up and more on the way down. I called Custom Corvette Accessories and they said nothing is made for the C6 unlike the Fat Daddy and Fat Mamma for the c5.
Welcome to the Forum!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations on your C6!! You might try approaching your driveway at a 30 - 45 degree angle. That's what I have to do and it works great. Enjoy the car and the Forums.

Hi Rick,
Thanks I have tried this and the scraping is not too bad with this approach. Seems like jus the front rubber strip.
I am going to order the frame savers and rocker rails from AA Corvette and a friend of mine with a great 50th anniversary is going to help me install them. He had a frame lift in his garage. Awesome
Congratulations on your latest Corvette & Welcome to the Forum! As you've already seen lots of great information & knowledgeable Vette owners here! I'm no help on scraping since this old C-1 I drive can almost go over stumps.
